Honda Rewards Top Dealers with Iconic Wing Trophies

The Honda motorcycle brand has been around since the 1950s and the Honda Wing logo is widely recognised. In November, Honda (UK) held its annual Motorcycle Dealer Conference at the Forest of Arden, which was attended by Dealer Principals of its extensive franchise dealer network. A special Wing-shaped Honda award was presented by Nick Campolucci, Head of Motorcycles at Honda in the UK, to each of the top ten performing dealers. The accolade is highly valued by all concerned.

Special EFX designed and manufactured the awards for the occasion, accurately replicating the Honda Wing logo in 3D. Each trophy stands 220mm tall and 190mm wide and is mounted on an oval, engraved plinth. The Wings were water-jet cut from solid aluminium and then plated in gold and polished to a mirror finish.  Helen Turner, Events Manager Honda (UK) explains: “Our dealers typically give these awards pride of place in their showrooms for customers to see and the trophies have to match up to their expectations. The trophies themselves are excellent quality and have a decidedly premium appearance – exactly as required”.
